Phew! So many records, so little time (and still no lap-top). I’m going to try my best to report on the latest releases, but I’m going to have to skimp on backtracking a few great releases. So here are some mini reviews.

Brazilian Girls - New York City

Quirky Dance Music. None of the members are Brazilian. Only one of them is a girl. Damn is this shit catchy.

Mike Gordon - The Green Sparrow

If you really like Phish, then you may be tempted to get former bassist Gordon’s CD. Otherwise, it’s a waste of your time.

Zebrahead- Phoenix

Sort of ridiculous rap-core band. Same old same old songs. Stick with their cover of Wannabe (yes, the Spice Girls’s song). Yeah, it’s not on this CD.

David Banner - The Greatest Story Ever Told

Less than average crunk music. Then again, what do you expect from a cd with a song called “Fuck You Hoes.”

Nappy Roots - The Humdinger

Wasn’t this supposed to release in 2005? Now we have it. It was worth the wait.

Best of Both Worlds Concert: The 3-D Movie

Ok this isn’t that old. It came out yesterday but I seriously cannot watch this and my opinion isn’t going to make you rent this. If you are a Miley fan, just go ahead and buy it already.
