I’m a huge fan of The AV Club. I love their writing style and how the content is always provocative and fresh.  Anyway, here’s a compilation from 10 of their writers of songs about hating radio.

The Buggles -Video Killed the Radio Star
So maybe this song is about a singer whose career was cut short by the advent of television and maybe Trevor Horn explained that the lyrics were inspired by the J.G. Ballard short story, The Sound-Sweep. Whatever man, its still relevant.

Nine Inch Nails - The Hand That Feeds

This song is even more irrelevant to the article at hand, but since their article is titled “I wanna bite that hand so badly!” I really couldn’t resist.
