Karen O and the Kids are slated to be the main feature for the Where the Wild Things Are OST. You may be asking yourself who exactly are Karen O and the Kids?

Lead singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Karen O, collaborated with film composer Carter Burwell on the WTWTA soundtrack. Other contributors include Tom Biller of the Afternoons, Brian Chase and Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tristan Bechet of Services, Bradford Cox of Deerhunter, Dean Fertita from Queens of the Stone Age, Aaron Hemphill of Liars, Greg Kurstin of The Bird and the Bee, Jack Lawrence of The Dead Weather, Oscar Michel of Gris Gris, and Imaad Wasif of New Folk Implosion.

The soundtrack is out September 29th while the first single “All Is Love” will release August 25.
