This picture is really boss.

The new LP from Kid Sister, Ultraviolet, will be released via Downtown Music on October 6.

In a recent interview Melisa Young aka Kid Sister talked about the album process.

“Sometimes you just gotta let it marinate. I need to make something I’m proud of. So don’t hate! We’re doing it as fast as we can. In the meantime, let’s tell knock-knock jokes on Twitter.”

If you haven’t listened to Kid Sister before, I’ve provided a link to the video for Pro Nails below. That might also explain the mystery of the photo above, but let’s just pretend she just really enjoys fingernail polish.
